Return & Exchange Policy

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

ALPHA WOLVES SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. If it is found that our courier has not handled your merchandise properly and we get reimbursed for our merchandise, we will pass the $100 credit on to you. The automatic insurance for your order is $100, regardless of the purchase amount (UPS and USPS policy).

ALPHA WOLVES SWIM is happy to exchange your unworn item.
* Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
* A free return shipping label will be issued to cover the cost of restocking.
* You will be charged shipping for the new item being shipped to you.

RETURN POLICY
ALPHA WOLVES SWIM offers exchange only or store credit. See exchange policy below. Returns for a refund are not accepted. 

EXCHANGE POLICY
Items must be returned in their original condition with the hygienic liner, un washed or damaged.

*Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. 
Must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary slip.
* Due to health regulations, styles that are worn or damaged will not be accepted.

To Make Your Exchange:
1. Please refer to section "contact us" with your order number and your return or exchange request.
2. Once we receive your request we will provide instructions for your order return and a return authorization number to go inside your package and to be written on the outside of your package. 

DAMAGES
Please follow care instructions properly. ALPHA WOLVES SWIM suits are very delicate and experience normal wear and tear over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise with a photo of the damaged item. Upon review we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.
